These terms are an agreement between you and LiveGame Score (“we”, “us”), the publisher and operator of the Score360 app. By installing or using Score360 you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Score360 shows football fixtures, live scores, statistical predictions, and tips and tip slips shared by other users and by tipsters we feature. It sells an optional premium subscription for additional content.
Score360 is not a betting service. It does not accept stakes, place bets, hold funds or pay out winnings. Nothing in the app is a guarantee, advice or an inducement to bet. A “bet slip” in Score360 is a shared list of picks, not a wager.
Predictions are opinions and statistics, not facts. They will often be wrong. Any decision you make based on content in the app — including any bet you place elsewhere — is yours alone and at your own risk. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, please seek help (for example GamCare or your local support service).
You must be 18 years or older. You must not use the app where its content is unlawful for you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Tips, slips, comments and profile details you post are visible to other users. By posting you confirm you have the right to post it and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the app for as long as you leave it there. You keep ownership.
You must not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, spam, misleading (for example fabricated results or impersonating another tipster), or that infringes someone else’s rights. You must not use automated tools to scrape or flood the service.
Other users can report content and block you. We review reports and may remove content or accounts at our discretion, without notice.
Free users may see advertising and have limits on some features (for example a daily number of shared slips). We may change what is free and what is premium. We may rate-limit or refuse requests that place an unreasonable load on the service.
Fixtures, scores, statistics and odds are supplied by third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Sign-in, payments and notifications are provided by Google, Apple, RevenueCat and Safaricom under their own terms.
The app, its design, name and the predictions and analysis we generate are ours or our licensors’. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
The app is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be available, accurate or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss — including any money lost betting, lost profits or indirect loss — arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; the new version applies from the effective date shown at the top, and material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which LiveGame Score is established. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
